Veterans Memorial Gardens & Interpretive Centre CLR Community Centre

The CLR Community Centre will feature alcoves with shadow boxes filled with the stories of regional and local soldiers, their families and their lives and themed displays of artifacts.

The Canadian Legion of Riders is the veterans support group that did the research and fundraising for the creation of headstones for some 98 unknown Saskatchewan Soldiers. This is a dedicated and passionate group of people who have believed in the magnitude and scope of this project from the beginning.

Now that their major historical project is completed, they concentrate on "The Ride for A Vet" which is one of many events they host every year to raise money to further veterans causes.

Once in place and renovated this 24' x 60' building will be where our programs are delivered out of and it will also function as a centre for military services and ceremonies as well as small catered events.
